World Masters Opening Ceremony

Here is the opening ceremonies. My mom arranged for me to walk in the parade of athletes. There are over 28000 masters athletes here. My mom doesn't compete until Friday so we have the week to hang out. The ceremonies were really fun.

    Kate...I have no idea what my favourite place has been they are all great. Check out my new pics of the kangaroos coming up to kiss my hand...that was a pretty cool place because it wasn't a zoo, it was a beach we were at!

    Sloan...my mom ran the 800m in World Masters, that's 2 laps around the track as fast as you can.

    It was awesomely fun being in the parade. After we came in I watched the rest of the athletes parade in and they slapped my hand and lots of them gave me pins and hats and stuff.

    Simon...yesterday in Australia at Pebbles Beach was the best weather so far. Today is cool again. This is their spring so some days it is cool and some days hot...just like our spring...unpredictable.

    Braedy...yes there were more than sharks but they focus on sharks...the other sealife was not as amazing...like the seahorse and jelly fish tanks were small and the ones in Monterey at the Aquarium there were huge.

    Boris + Dustin...I got souvenirs from the Games that people gave me and we just bought a couple of little keychains that are made of stingray skin and crocodile skin (they are legal if they have been harvested properly).

    I'm not afraid of heights flying but I can get a little tense on roller coasters.

    August + Ava...it hasn't been that hot but the only white stuff I'm stepping in is beautiful white sand.
